ARS may decline a project. A project begins after its scope, quote, schedule, and deposit are confirmed. The client must provide accurate references and required materials; rigging-only work requires a properly separated, rig-ready PSD. Limited PSD adjustment may be quoted if the original artist cannot do it.

For an Art + Rig bundle, the artist is a separate service provider. ARS helps coordinate communication, but cannot control the artist's schedule, availability, or independent work.

Timelines depend on scope, approved materials, and timely feedback. The client must respond within seven days of a review request. Delayed feedback may move the project to the next available slot.

Payments are accepted in USD through PayPal or Wise. The 10% booking deposit is non-refundable. Remaining payments may follow agreed milestones, and all payments must clear before final delivery. An unpaid deposit invoice may be cancelled after seven days without a response.

If the client cancels, any refund covers only work not yet completed, minus committed costs and non-refundable payment fees. If ARS cannot continue, the uncompleted portion will be refunded.

Rigging includes three rounds of consolidated minor feedback. Technical bugs or errors caused by ARS are fixes—not revision rounds—and are corrected free of charge during production and the 14-day support period.

Major direction changes are reviewed case by case. New toggles, outfits, expressions, features, art changes, or other out-of-scope requests require a new quote and may extend the deadline or become a separate project.

Standard delivery includes VTube Studio runtime files and any VBridger, application, or plugin setup named in the project scope. Raw and editable source files are not included.

Commercial use for the client's own content is included. Delivered files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly shared, or transferred without written permission from ARS.

ARS must be notified if the model changes ownership. The new owner must receive these terms, and ARS may decline future work or support. Visible credit must include ARS on the client's channel, profile, or social media.

ARS may display completed work and previews in its portfolio unless another arrangement was agreed.

Private-until-debut work remains private until debut or nine months after final delivery, whichever comes first. Permanent NDA is available case by case and must be agreed in writing.

Free support is available for 14 days after final delivery and covers:

• Technical bugs or errors caused by ARS.
• Minor parameter or tracking adjustments.
• Setup help for VTube Studio, VBridger, and other applications or plugins included in the project scope.

New features, art changes, and out-of-scope software are paid updates or a new project. Unapproved changes by the client or another party may void free support; ARS may offer a paid assessment instead.

Paid updates and repairs may be requested at any time, subject to availability, feasibility, and a new quote. ARS keeps a delivery backup for two years, but the client remains responsible for their own backup.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance. Paying the deposit or an invoice confirms acceptance of the agreed version of these terms. Later website changes do not replace the terms of an active project unless both parties agree in writing.
