01 General and pricing
By commissioning me for Live2D rigging, you agree to the terms below.
Prices may vary for each tier depending on the complexity of the character design and/or requested custom motions and expressions. For a final rigging price, please contact me. All prices already include commercial usage.
02 Usage and distribution
You may use the rigging result for commercial purposes, such as revenue-generating streams. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or share the delivered files publicly without my permission.
03 Custom requests and project materials
For custom motions, expressions, or stickers, please send a video clip or image reference. Not all custom motions, expressions, or stickers are possible in face-tracking applications.
I only accept PSD files that are ready for Live2D rigging. Any PSD adjustment requested by the client during the rigging phase will count as a revision.
I have the right to adjust or alter the PSD when required for rigging purposes.
04 Revisions
Revision requests must be made within two weeks of submission. I reserve the right to decline revision requests submitted more than two weeks after delivery.
05 Portfolio and credit
I have the right to showcase the final rigging result in my portfolio.
Please credit me as the rigger of your avatar.
06 Payment and scheduling
I accept payment plans or full upfront payment. Accepted payment methods are PayPal and Wise.
Projects are not handled on a first-come, first-served basis. I will prioritize clients who have already paid a deposit or made a payment.
If I do not receive the down payment within one week after the invoice is sent, and there is no response from the client, I will cancel the commission and invoice. You may still contact me for a future commission batch.
07 Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel an order, the following refund policy applies:
- After the initial down payment: the original payment will be refunded after deducting payment service fees, PSD processing fees, and operational or communication costs. An estimated 10% of the total project cost is non-refundable.
- After rigging has started (I will inform you when work begins): no refund is available beyond this point, but no further payment will be requested if you terminate the project.
08 Project acceptance and delivery
I reserve the right to decline any project without providing a reason.
The delivered commission output consists only of the runtime files (one that are used for face tracking software).
09 Privacy terms
The Client/Payer and Artist may learn each other's information, including legal name and country or state of residence, during the commission process-specifically during payment.
Both parties agree not to share any personal information unless required for legal purposes.
